2.1 Plan Structure: All VODS Mobile consumer plans operate on a 30-day rolling basis with no long-term contractual commitment.
2.2 Validity: Each 30-day plan term starts immediately upon plan activation or payment renewal and runs for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days.
2.3 Allowance Expiry: Unused data, minutes, or SMS allowances do not carry over to subsequent billing cycles and expire automatically at the end of each 30-day period.
2.4 Out-of-Bundle Charges: If you exhaust your plan allowances before the 30 days end, additional usage will require a top-up credit balance or an add-on data bolt-on.
3.1 Automatic Billing: 30-day plans are set to auto-renew every 30 days. You authorize VODS Mobile to automatically deduct recurring fees from your saved payment method on your scheduled renewal date.
3.2 Payment Failures: If an auto-renewal payment fails, your active plan will be paused, and your account will revert to standard Pay As You Go rates until payment is successfully processed.
3.3 Price Transparency: VODS Mobile operates with a commitment to fair pricing and no unexpected annual price increases. Any future rate changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance via email or website notice.
4.1 SIM Delivery & Setup: Your VODS Mobile SIM card will be dispatched to your registered address. You must complete online activation to start using voice, text, and data services.
4.2 Keeping Your Number: You can transfer your existing phone number to VODS Mobile by obtaining a Porting Authorization Code (PAC) from your previous UK network and submitting it via your online account dashboard.
4.3 Porting Timelines: Number transfers are processed on standard UK business days in accordance with Ofcom regulations.
5.1 Cancel Anytime: Because VODS Mobile offers contract-free service, you may cancel your auto-renewal at any time through your online portal or mobile app.
5.2 Mid-Cycle Cancellations: Canceling auto-renewal stops future charges. Your current 30-day plan will remain active until its scheduled expiration date, and no pro-rata refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
5.3 Right to Cancel (Statutory Cooling-Off): You have the right to cancel your SIM order within 14 days of receipt. If you activate and use services during this window, charges for used allowances will apply.
6.1 EU Roaming: Included roaming allowances in specified EU destinations are subject to VODS Mobile’s Fair Usage Cap.
6.2 Non-EU Roaming & International Calls: Calling international numbers from the UK or using data in non-EU destinations requires pay-as-you-go balance or specialized international add-ons.
6.3 VODS World Travel eSIM: For extended overseas travel, customers can pair VODS Mobile with VODS World digital travel eSIMs for dedicated global data rates.
7.1 VODS Mobile services are intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use by single individuals.
7.2 Automated SIM farms, commercial telemarketing, SMS broadcasting, or persistent tethering that degrades network performance for other users is strictly prohibited.
7.3 VODS Mobile reserves the right to suspend or restrict services if usage patterns breach our Fair Usage Policy or indicate fraudulent activity.
8.1 All content, logos, graphics, and trademarks displayed on vodsmobile.co.uk are the property of VODS Mobile and protected by UK intellectual property laws.
8.2 You may not reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute any website materials for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
9.1 While VODS Mobile strives to provide uninterrupted 4G/5G coverage, service availability depends on local mast infrastructure, terrain, atmospheric conditions, and device compatibility.
9.2 VODS Mobile is not liable for temporary network downtime, loss of signal in localized dead zones, or third-party device malfunctions.
